Review immediate AI content before sending

Choose AI content and immediate timing, then enable Review immediate AI content before sending. Immediate generated output waits for approval. Later items retain their calendar schedules; the switch is not a general approval hold for every future item.

Review is off by default. If you want a hold, confirm the switch before running.

The site admin email receives a review notification through WordPress mail delivery. You can also open Automations → Review Content. The Review Content button is disabled when there is no pending content and shows a count when items need review.

Open a pending item and review the separate content for selected channels. Use Save changes to keep the hold after editing. Use Approve and Send Now only when the content is ready to be released to the delivery queue. Approval requires administrator access.

If another editor saved a newer revision, reload and review the current content before approval.

Approval releases held content but does not guarantee instant delivery. Provider availability, email batching, active sends, and cron can delay processing. The review page can retry a failed notification; retrying a notification is separate from approving content.
