Choose the first-send timing

#

Triggered Send Timing can use the start date/schedule or begin immediately when triggered or manually run. Each matching source record starts its own series. In scheduled mode, enter Start Date and Time. Confirm the site timezone shown in the schedule panel.

Count the first send

#

Total Items includes the first send. For one initial email plus three follow-ups, enter 4. Social item counts apply to each selected social profile. A value of 1 has no follow-ups. The follow-up interval controls the spacing after the first item; an interval of 0 sends items together.

Choose intervals and clock time

#

Set Send Follow-ups Every and Interval Unit. For daily intervals, Follow-up Time can specify a local time; leave it blank to keep the first send’s local time. A two-day interval means days 2, 4, and 6 after the first item.

Day intervals preserve local time across daylight-saving changes; hourly intervals use elapsed time. Preview the dates when a time change falls inside the series.

Use separate channel schedules

#

Enable Use separate email and social schedules to give each selected channel its own start, total count, interval, and optional follow-up time. For example, Email can have 1 item and Social 6 items with a daily interval. Only enabled channels run.

Preview before saving

#

Use Preview Send Times to inspect an example series. Immediate-trigger previews are examples based on the preview time; the actual trigger sets the run’s dates. A scheduled start already in the past may use the displayed future fallback. Review the summary before saving. Actual delivery also depends on cron, generation, queues, and providers.
