Read the automation card

#

Each card shows its state, source, schedule summary, last run, and created communication count. Use the upper-right edit icon to open its saved configuration. Review changes before saving, especially destinations and triggers.

Activate or pause

#

Use the power-on icon when an inactive card offers activation. Pause stops the automation from responding as an active workflow. Treat already-created communications as separate records: inspect their send queues or schedules if you also need to stop them.

Archive and delete carefully

#

Archive removes a workflow from ordinary active work without treating it as a delivery recall. Use Delete only when you no longer need the automation definition, and follow the displayed confirmation. Neither action can undo a message already sent.

Run deliberately

#

Run Now opens the future-publication/existing-content choice. Check the card’s last run and created count first. Keep a descriptive name so team members can distinguish similar workflows for different sources or audiences.
