Test, send, and schedule communications

Use Preview first to inspect the outgoing email, Slack, and Buffer content and the selected audiences. Use Send Test for the supported test addresses, subscribers, lists, or connected destinations. A test to a social profile can create real external content; choose a suitable test destination.

Select recipient lists and confirm the subject and content. Use Send Now to begin delivery, or Schedule Email Send to queue a future date and time. Use the site timezone shown in Drumbeat when planning.

Bulk email runs in batches. A scheduled timestamp starts processing; provider limits, WordPress cron, and another active send can affect actual delivery time.

Use Dashboard, Emails, Social, and Log to follow draft, scheduled, active, or completed work. Pause/resume controls may be available for active email batches. Read provider errors before retrying; some destinations may have succeeded even if another failed.

Re-send creates a copied communication for new destinations while preserving the original send record. Review the copy’s recipients and timing before sending. Archive actions organize records; they do not recall messages that recipients already received.
