Use the Settings tabs
Settings includes General, Communications, Campaigns, AI Training, Opportunities, Roles, Features, and License. An administrator is required for settings changes. Save and wait for the confirmation message before leaving.
Choose the data source
General → Data Source offers Built-in Tables and Pods Records. Built-in mode uses Drumbeat-owned records and tables. Pods mode uses the existing Pods-backed record definitions expected by that installation. The Dependencies panel identifies missing required and optional sources.
Plan source changes carefully
Changing a data-source switch does not imply a data migration. Review existing campaigns, assets, CRM records, and dependencies before changing it on an established site. Use a backup and staging copy to evaluate a change; ask support if you need help preserving an existing Pods setup.
Show the features you need
Settings → Features controls whether CRM, Automations, Partners, Communications, and Campaigns appear in navigation. This is a presentation preference. Hidden features can still have data, permissions, and scheduled work; use their workflow controls to stop activity.
