Manage licenses and site assignments

In a Drumbeat installation with an active multi-installation license, use Settings → License Manager. Sign in with your Blue Flame Advisors account credentials to manage the licenses associated with that account. Single-installation licenses do not expose this multi-site manager in the same way.

Review the license state, installation allowance, expiration or trial date where present, and assigned-site cards. Activation credentials are available in the license details. Keep license keys private; do not include them in screenshots or support requests.

1. Deactivate the old site assignment if you need to free capacity.
2. Add the new site using its exact WordPress home URL, including any subdirectory.
3. Assign the license to that site. Assignment reserves capacity.
4. On the new site, activate Drumbeat using the licensing email and key. Reservation alone does not finish local activation.

Released sites update when Drumbeat next checks the license. Checks normally run hourly, with cached verification lasting at most 12 hours. A license change is not necessarily reflected instantly on every installation. Check account ownership, URL, allowance, and current status if activation fails.

Agency licensing provides unlimited installations and white-label options. Keep the Blue Flame account under your agency’s control and grant clients only the local access they need. If branding controls are not exposed in your installed build, contact support about the supported white-label setup rather than editing plugin source files.
