1. Activate your license and finish setup.
2. Check the WordPress timezone and the services needed by your channels.

5. Preview the actual channel output and send a test before a wider launch.

Check the communication’s status and delivery log after sending. A saved draft is not a scheduled send; a queued item is not a delivery receipt. Use reports and provider status together to confirm what happened.
