Use the dashboard and navigation

The Drumbeat Dashboard brings together current status, draft communications, recent activity, and a calendar. Status totals help identify pending and active campaigns, draft emails, and scheduled output. Select a draft or open the relevant feature to take action.

Use Cards/List switches where available to change presentation without changing the underlying records.

• Communications: email and social work, templates, subscribers, lists, planning, and delivery records.
• Campaigns: campaign dashboards, existing campaigns, and New Campaign.
• Automations: build recurring workflows and open Review Content.
• Asset Library: reusable assets and available record types.
• Partners and Opportunities: relationship and pipeline workflows.
• Settings: integrations, training, permissions, features, and licensing.

An administrator may have hidden the feature in Settings → Features or limited access through Settings → Roles. Some tools depend on the selected data source or connected services. License Manager appears only when the active license supports multiple installations. Ask your administrator to check these conditions before reinstalling.
