Define the campaign

#

Open Drumbeat → Campaigns → New Campaign. Give the campaign a recognizable name, choose the campaign type offered by your installation, and complete its details. Set the date range, objectives, topics, audience information, and relevant KPIs.

Keep the brief concrete: what is being promoted, who should act, and what action they should take. These fields guide generated content.

Choose channels and assets

#

Enable the Email, LinkedIn, and X channels you intend to use. Channel tabs appear for selected channels. Add source records, URLs, and files in Assets; then choose which assets apply to each channel.

For LinkedIn, complete organization mentions and hashtags where relevant. Review references and spelling before publishing.

Set the cadence

#

Choose the per-channel frequency, posting times, and content assets per item. Start with a small number of items while testing your provider and training. Posting times use the WordPress site’s local timezone.

Save your campaign. Selecting channels or setting dates does not by itself confirm that messages have been sent.

Generate and review

#

Use campaign content generation when your AI connection is ready. Generation runs in batches with progress feedback. Review the resulting content cards, edit factual details and calls to action, and schedule only when the campaign is ready. Use the content review guide for item-level actions.
