Change dates after content exists

#

Changing campaign dates or daily cadence can move fitting items to new slots. Items that no longer fit appear in Un-scheduled Content for review. Revisit the content list after changing a schedule; do not assume overflow items will be sent automatically.

Check before launch

#
  1. Confirm selected channels and provider connections.
  2. Review generated copy and destination URLs.
  3. Check recipient lists or social profiles.
  4. Verify dates, timezone, and any unscheduled content.
  5. Use the campaign’s scheduling or launch action and inspect resulting states.

Interpret results

#

Campaign reports combine selected KPIs with communications send totals and available landing-page engagement. Metrics that need a provider or analytics source may not be available. An unavailable metric should not be treated as zero performance.

Use communication-level reports and logs for individual sends. Changes to a brief do not retroactively change a message that was already delivered.
