Add relevant sources
In the Assets tab, select internal website records from enabled record types. You can also add URLs, media-library files, and uploaded documents. Availability depends on registered post types and the selected data source.
Give assets meaningful titles. The campaign and channel selectors show those titles so you can verify the right source is selected.
Match assets to channels
Open each selected channel tab and choose the assets it should use. Selecting an asset for a campaign does not mean every generated item will mention it: Drumbeat’s generation instructions ask for relevant asset use based on topic, audience, timing, and channel.
Mark landing-page destinations
Use the landing-page marker on a campaign URL when it is a call-to-action destination you want to measure. Campaign-added URLs and uploads are also saved in the Asset Library. Landing-page selection applies within the campaign; reuse does not automatically make an asset a landing page everywhere.
Check output links
Preview generated items and open their intended destination before scheduling. Make sure the call to action matches the linked page and the asset is accessible to the audience. For a single item that needs a new destination, use Update CTA from Assets in the review workflow where available.
