SVTA Distributed Tracing: Working Towards Improved Observability and QoS/QoE
Overview
Observability is a big challenge in streaming video analytics. Distributed Tracing, a method to link datasets together across the streaming video workflow, presents a possible solution. The SVTA Measurement/QoE working group developed a proof-of-concept to demonstrate how Distributed Tracing could be applied to streaming video data at scale.
